The Planning Commission will meet Monday, August 28th 2023 at 4:30PM for their regular meeting at the Commission Chambers at 125 E. Center Street in Moab, also on zoom and live on Youtube. A public hearing will be held to consider revisions to the High Density Housing Overlay (HDHO) Rules and Regulations and an amendments to LUC Section 4.7, aimed at widenning the pool of eligible households to own or occupy HDHO homes.
