Seekhaven Family Crisis & Resource Center Seekhaven provides supportive services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Our services are free, trauma-informed and strictly confidential.

Seekhaven welcomes Dr. Johnanna Ganz in support of local first-responders, dedicated volunteers, and those in the non-profit sector. Dr. Ganz’s research is used to work in deep collaboration with mission-driven staff and leaders as they build their skills around healthy occupational identities and organizational cultures.

Have you found yourself over-empathizing with clients or coworkers? Do you often find yourself "taking work home" or sacrificing personal interests/relationships to prioritize work? It may be worth building your Occupational Identity Management skills to achieve healthier work-life harmony! Not only can this help you feel more like yourself, you may even find be happier with your work performance and personal relationships.

Occupational Identity Management is the process of building skills to regulate the emotional, psychological, and physical attachments someone may have to their paid employment. This is especially important in mission-based work or where we "give much of ourselves".

Join us on Wednesday, June 24th from 5-7:30 pm at the Moab Regional Hospital education rooms.

During Pride Month, we recognize and celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of LGBTQ+ individuals in our community. We also acknowledge that LGBTQ+ people experience domestic violence and s*xual assault at significant rates, and often face unique barriers when seeking safety and support.

Everyone deserves relationships free from violence, respect for their identity, and access to compassionate, affirming services. This month and every month, we stand with survivors and remain committed to creating a community where all people can live safely, authentically, and with dignity.
