Randolph County Developmental Disability Services RCDDS is a Senate Bill 40 board operating in Randolph County, Missouri.The SB40 levy was passed in 2010. The board members were appointed on December 21, 2010.

We exist to serve people who have developmental disabilities and their families.

Despite 4 months of regular rain, work continues. If all goes well, construction will be completed in mid-to-late August with a ribbon cutting shortly thereafter.
