It's National Waste and Recycling Workers Week, a time to recognize the essential crews who keep our community clean. The Mobile County Commission extends its gratitude to the hardworking team at the Mobile County Recycling Center, the backbone of the Commission's recycling initiatives.

The Commission also commends its Environmental Enforcement team. Through eight Operation Clean Sweep events, this team diligently collects tons of tires, metal, and electronics for recycling, along with rubbish for proper disposal, significantly contributing to a cleaner county.

The dedication and efforts of these vital crews are instrumental in making Mobile County a better place for all residents.

🇺🇸🗳️ ALABAMA REPUBLICANS — YOUR VOTE IS YOUR VOICE! 🗳️🇺🇸
We ask so much of those who serve our nation. 🇺🇸❤️
Some wear the uniform. 🎖️
Some stand watch while we sleep. 🌙
Some made the ultimate sacrifice so that generations of Americans could enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted. 🕊️🙏
As we just remembered our heroes Memorial Day, let’s also remember one of the freedoms they fought to protect: the right to vote. 🇺🇸⭐

In our last election, Democratic voters turned out in greater numbers than Republican voters. That should be a wake-up call for every Republican who cares about the future of Alabama and America. 🚨

Voting doesn’t require a deployment. It doesn’t require wearing a uniform. It doesn’t require risking your life.

It simply requires showing up. ✅

📅 Mark Your Calendar:
🗳️ June 16 – Republican Runoff Election
🗳️ August 11 – Congressional Special Primary Election
🗳️ November 3 – General Election

🇺🇸 If others can serve our country on distant shores, surely we can serve our country at the ballot box.

📢 Challenge yourself.
📢 Challenge your family.
📢 Challenge your friends.
📢 Challenge your neighbors.

Get out of your comfort zone and become a voter who shows up every single election! 💪🗳️

One vote may seem small, but millions of Americans have fought, bled, and died to protect that right. 🇺🇸❤️

Let’s honor their sacrifice by exercising our freedom.

Vote. Participate. Lead. 🇺🇸🦅

🇺🇸🗳️⭐🦅❤️💙
