The H60 E-Stan office will have openings for AY25 (E-5 and above). The following is a list of some requirements to consider:

- Meet the M1000.8 and the M3710.1 requirements
- Experienced with TPO duties
- Don't have a "stump the chump" mentality
- Content with a robust travel schedule
- Patience, tact, understanding, and the desire to instruct others.
-A personality that inspires confidence and wins respect of others
- Humility and a willingness to accept feedback from STAN Team peers

If you meet these requirements and are interested in joining the team and making Coast Guard wide impacts, please discuss with your LCPO and reach out to any of the Stan Team members.

*Note - As an added bonus, our office is assignment priority 3.

One more STAN Visit in the books for the Cherry Capital of the World, Traverse City. Beautiful weather, amazing “Duck” program support, and a full flight schedule were only a few of the highlights. A huge shout out to everyone at TC from the galley staff, Mx, swimmer shop, to Ops for making the entire visit seamless. Keep up the great work!

MH-60 ESTAN had the opportunity to visit the Flight Mechanic “C” School in Mesa Arizona to help rollout the introduction of training for the ATLAS Emergency Hoisting Device. Students will get classroom instruction and hands on training to increase basic familiarity before moving into their flight syllabus back at their units.

June 21, 2024 marked the end of the STAN visit in Kodiak, Alaska. A huge shout out to all of the aircrews, and maintainers for the overwhelming support. ATC’s Advanced Helicopter Rescue School Spring session is about to kick off next week. Our crews are out there now preparing for what should be another EPIC session. The Pacific Northwest has one of the most dynamic training environments with rough and heavy seas, cliffs, caves, and urban/inland environments! Work with your command to get a slot in upcoming sessions.
