Women's Business Alliance The Mission of the Women's Business Alliance is the economic empowerment of women by assisting them to start and grow successful small businesses.

The Women’s Business Alliance is a non-profit organization (501(c) 3, EIN 72-1397483) that serves as an umbrella over the Women’s Business Center of South Alabama and the Women’s Business Center of Rural Alabama. These two projects work as support systems in our communities by offering business owners and employees the counseling and training they need to operate successful
businesses—which in tu

rn sustains our local economy. The WBA is responsible for monetarily supporting these two training centers. Along with that responsibility, the WBA charitably provides deserving women with scholarships to the alliance and/or center training programs such as our DreamBuilder program. DreamBuilder is an online 13 course program that provides recipients with a
well-rounded business plan while also teaching them the basics of starting a business, marketing, and management. The WBA is an essential resource to, not only women, but to all businesses in our communities. The mission of the WBA is the economic empowerment of women by assisting them to start and grow successful businesses—this mission is lived out above and beyond everyday by the staff, volunteers, members, donors and sponsors of the Women’s Business Alliance.
