Elsie Collier PTO is one of the strongest PTO’s in the Mobile County Public School System, with its primary objective to strengthen the family unit through parent involvement. Times and issues may change, but advocating for children still requires steadfast parent involvement. egies in all policies and initiatives that affect children. Today's family structure has changed significantly from 25 years ago, and Elsie Collier PTO is changing to meet the needs of today's families. We are working harder to be inclusive, to be relevant, to be proactive. PTO speaks and takes action on the issues that really matter to parents and to children's well being. PTO members represent the ethnic diversity of our school, and come from the ranks of traditional and non-traditional households plus other caring adults.
