LIHEAP Heating Funds are now available for eligible households with a scheduled appointment. The appointment scheduler opens Tuesday February 10th for those eligible.

Scheduled appointments must provide clear and legible documentation:

- Current heating bill (power or gas only)

- Current Photo ID

- Social Security Cards (for all household members must be clear and legible)

- Previous months income
(SSI, SSA, SSDI, January check stubs, child support, unemployment, TANF, SNAP Notice of Action, Retirement/Pension and/or VA benefit current award letters are all acceptable)

- Medication (chronic diagnosis medication listing from pharmacy for Crisis awards only)

Customers are still responsible for their energy account and must make arrangements with the heating vendor to avoid any disconnection of services.
