Students in Ms. Thomas and Ms. Beard’s class enjoyed a fun and creative art session today! Our little artists used their imaginations to create their very own colorful robots. As they designed their unique creations, students practiced fine motor skills, color recognition, creativity, and self-expression. We loved seeing each robot come to life!

Positive affirmations in Ms. Johnson & Mrs. Robison’s Class!

Our little learners at Just4 Developmental Laboratory started their day with movement, music, and positive thinking! The children had a wonderful time singing and dancing along to Snoop Dogg’s “Affirmation Song.”

As they moved to the music, they practiced powerful affirmations such as believing in themselves, trying their best, learning from mistakes, and knowing that they matter!

This fun experience supports Teaching Strategies GOLD® objectives by encouraging children to regulate emotions and behaviors, participate cooperatively with others, listen to and understand increasingly complex language, and explore musical concepts and expression. They demonstrate traveling and balancing skills! Develop confidence, independence, and positive approaches to learning.

In Ms. Johnson & Mrs. Robison’s class, we want our children to know that their words have power. When children learn to speak positively about themselves, we help nurture confident, resilient, and joyful learners.

Sing it. Dance it. Believe it. You are GREAT!

Students in Ms. Thomas and Ms. Beard’s class enjoyed a fun sensory and fine motor activity while exploring this week’s color yellow! Students painted their hands yellow and created their own handprints. Then, our little scientists used magnifying glasses to take a closer look and compare their handprints, noticing how everyone’s hands were different. This hands-on activity encouraged sensory exploration, observation skills, color recognition, and fine motor development while making learning fun!
