🎉 Winning Wednesday: A Month of Community Impact! 🎉
Some months remind us just how powerful a community can be when neighbors, businesses, volunteers, and supporters come together to make a difference. May was one of those months,and what an incredible month it was!
This Winning Wednesday, we want to give a huge shout-out to Chipperoni Farms and Aguilar Farms for donating over TWO TONS of fresh produce to help feed families in our community. Their generosity helps ensure that healthy, nutritious food reaches those who need it most.
Because of the support of our amazing community, during the month of May we:
🥕 Served over 2,000 families through our Mobile Market and Homebound Delivery programs.
🥫 Received 57 tons of food donated to our food bank.
🚛 Raised enough money to purchase new tires for our truck thanks to community support.
🌮 Raised nearly half of the funds needed for critical truck repairs through our Taco Tuesday Fundraiser with the help of Sonia Sone Martinez and Westside Plumbing.
And the victories keep growing!
🌸 Flower Fridays have been blooming with success! Between graduations, celebrations of life, birthdays, baby showers, and summer events, our Flower Friday program raised over $1000 during the month of May alone. Every bouquet purchased helps support our mission while bringing joy and beauty to our community.

🎓🌸 Flower Friday & Celebrating Milestones Together 🌸🎓
This morning feels extra special. Across our community, students are walking across stages, receiving certificates, hugging proud family members, and celebrating a milestone they worked so hard to reach.
Whether your graduate is finishing elementary school, middle school, high school, college, or any step in between, today, we celebrate YOU. 💛
Late nights studying, early mornings, challenges overcome, tears, laughter, growth… you did it. What an incredible accomplishment. Congratulations to every graduate and every family cheering them on today. 🌟
To help celebrate these beautiful moments, our Flower Friday is happening today! Come pick up flowers for your graduates, make bouquets, create leis, and celebrate the people you love. Flowers have a way of saying what words sometimes cannot “I’m proud of you.” 💐
While we celebrate, we also continue serving our community.

If you were unable to attend yesterday’s distribution due to the incident at Overwright Elementary School, we sincerely apologize for the cancellation and any inconvenience it caused. We know many families rely on these distributions, and we encourage anyone who missed yesterday’s food distribution to come visit us today at Franklin Elementary School. We are here for you. ❤️
And one more reminder for our families, our 🎂 Birthday Box Program 🎂 is available for children celebrating birthdays! If your child has a birthday coming up and you’re needing a little extra help making their day special, we would love to help. Our birthday boxes include essentials to create a small birthday celebration and make your child feel celebrated and loved.

✨ Winning Wednesday ✨

What a week of blessings, community support, and BIG wins for our organization! 🚛❤️

Because of YOUR support, we officially got NEW TIRES for our truck! After months of worrying about keeping our mobile services safely on the road, this was a huge victory for us and the families we serve.

Our Taco Tuesday Truck Fundraiser was also a success! 🌮 We raised HALF of what we need to complete the leak repairs on our truck. We are beyond grateful to everyone who came out, donated, shared our posts, volunteered, and believed in our mission. Every taco purchased made a difference.

But we’re not stopping there! 💪

Join us for our upcoming Mats & Mimosas event on June 6th 🧘🍾, a fun and relaxing evening for a great cause. Proceeds from this event will help us raise the remaining balance needed to fully repair our truck and keep our programs moving forward in the community.

One of the sweetest parts of graduation week is celebrating the people we love, the proud smiles, the hugs, the photos, and of course…the flowers. 💐
This week, we have LOTS of flowers available for your graduation celebrations! Whether you’re creating bouquets, centerpieces, or beautiful handmade leis for your graduate, we’d love to help you make the moment extra special. 🌺✨
Flower Friday is donation-based, which means while you’re preparing for your celebration, you’re also supporting a good cause in our community. The more you take, the more you donate, and every contribution helps us continue serving families in need. ❤️
