Love Modesto is April 25th. Unfortunately, I have a conflict that day and cannot be there to host, coordinate on the day of the event. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HOSTING / COORDINATING ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS THREAD OR DM. I will assist with coordination up to the day of the event. The Dry Creek clean up project is one of the original Love Modesto projects- this will be our seventeenth year.

Great turnout today for our annual Dry Creek cleanup project, in partnership with Love Modesto. We had 118 volunteers spread out across Gateway Park, along Dry Creek, and the Tuolumne River, picking up trash, beautifying the open space park, and enjoying the awesome weather.

Thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers and supporters- YOU made a big difference today in OUR community!

Dry Creek Trail Update: Beginning Monday, April 7th Dry Creek Trail will be closed from East La Loma Park to Kewin Park for renovations. New trail lighting will be installed as well as widening and resurfacing of the paved path. This project is anticipated to be completed by May 24th.

Good news:

We are starting the monthly Dry Creek clean ups once again! Starting November 16th, we will host a Dry Creek clean up every third Saturday. We will meet at Monterosso Park, located at Coffee / Scenic. 9:00- noon, clean up supplies will be provided. Wear sturdy footwear and clothing that is appropriate for working and getting a bit dirty.

Please visit: drycreektrails.org to download and complete a waiver, which is required to participate.

CSF & CJSF volunteer hours certificates are available as well.
