UPDATE

Should have fiber back up for Needles customers and some fixed wireless customers within the next hour.

We are currently working on rerouting fiber to get Needles customers back up and running due to damaged fiber on the Needles bridge.

On 2/11 & 2/18 starting at 1am MST to 5am MST, we will be performing necessary system updates/upgrades.

There will be temporary Internet & phone outages during those dates and time.

If you are experiencing issues after 5am on those days, please power cycle your router and/or call 928-346-2500.

There will be maintenance upgrades going on in the early am 12/11/25 starting at 3am MST affecting users in CA Village, AZ Village, Desert Springs, Mesquite Creek. There will be temporary outages. If you are having issues connecting to internet after 6am MST, please call 928-346-2500. Also try rebooting/restarting your router, that may clear up any issues you are experiencing.
