We have had multiple reports of vehicle break-ins that occurred overnight. If anyone recognizes the suspects from the video please reach out to us. One appears to be wearing an arm immobilizer possibly due to recent surgery.
Take this as a reminder to never leave valuables in your vehicles and always lock the doors.

The Borough of Mohnton will be declaring a snow emergency on Sunday 01/19/2025 starting at 10am and will be in place until 11am Monday 01/20/25. Please remove vehicles from roadways to ensure they are cleared before the cold front moves in. Emergency parking areas are listed on the Borough website. Vehicles parked on snow emergency roadways will be towed at owners expense. Shoveling and snowblowing snow into the roadways is prohibited and will be cited by Mohnton Police Department. Take precautions if you must travel for work, this will be a prolonged storm that our team will be working through. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

With the abundance of caution and personal safety, the Borough of Mohnton will be declaring a snow emergency effective 1/6/25 at 6am and end at 12:01am on 1/7/25. Please remove all vehicles from snow emergency routes and to off street parking spots and emergency parking locations. Vehicles that remain parked in snow emergency locations will be towed at owners expense. Thank you in advance for your continued support and cooperation.

We're looking for assistance with identifying these two individuals and/or the involved vehicle. They illegally dumped a large amount of lumber in the community yard waste dumpster.
