Here we are at two in the morning for no reason other than the Democrats are so completely disorganized. They have botched the Bears bill, and now they’re desperate.

They will pass $1 billion in new taxes, then congratulate themselves. The governor and leaders of the supermajority party will tell you about all the wonderful things they have just done for you—at least in their minds.

In the end, you’ll pay more, get less, and they’ll still expect a thank-you.
