🚨 ILLINOIS WOMAN SENTENCED TO 55 YEARS IN PRISON FOR S*XUAL ASSAULT OF CHILD AND DISTRIBUTION OF ABUSE MATERIAL

By VOTP News STL Staff
October 20, 2026

QUINCY, Ill. — A 24-year-old Illinois woman will spend decades behind bars after pleading guilty to s*xually assaulting a child, creating child s*xual abuse material and distributing that material electronically.

Blake S. Wakefield was sentenced Monday, October 19, to a combined 55 years in prison during a hearing in Adams County Circuit Court.

Judge Holly Henze imposed three consecutive prison sentences following Wakefield's September guilty plea to three Class X felony offenses.

According to court proceedings reported by WGEM, Wakefield received:

• 25 years for predatory criminal s*xual assault of a child.

• 15 years for manufacturing child s*xual abuse material.

• 15 years for disseminating child s*xual abuse material.

Because the sentences must be served consecutively, Wakefield faces a total of 55 years in prison.

INVESTIGATION BEGAN IN 2024

The case originated in October 2024, when investigators with the Illinois Attorney General's Office and Quincy Police Department searched Wakefield's residence as part of an investigation involving child s*xual abuse material.

Authorities discovered evidence that eventually led to criminal charges involving the s*xual assault of a young child and the electronic distribution of recorded abuse.

Court proceedings revealed that the victim was a particularly vulnerable child with disabilities.

Investigators also examined electronic communications and material shared with another individual online.

FAMILY MEMBERS ADDRESS THE COURT

During Monday's sentencing hearing, family members delivered victim impact statements describing the devastating effects of the crimes.

Prosecutors emphasized the seriousness of the offenses and the victim's vulnerability.

According to WGEM, Judge Henze characterized the evidence presented in the case as among the most severe she had encountered.

Under Illinois sentencing requirements, Wakefield must serve at least 85% of her 25-year s*xual assault sentence and 50% of each additional 15-year sentence.

That means she is expected to serve more than 36 years before becoming eligible for release.

She will also be required to register as a s*x offender for the remainder of her life following her release.

The case was prosecuted jointly by the Illinois Attorney General's Office and the Adams County State's Attorney's Office.

🚨 NINE CHILDREN were allegedly kept in cages and subjected to years of horrifying ab*se inside a bug-infested Ohio property, where investigators say some were forced to stand for hours with NAILS placed between their toes.

Jonathan Parr, 37, and Jacquelyn Coleman, 32, are facing child endangerment charges after Licking County deputies rescued children ranging in age from 1 to 13 on Tuesday.

Investigators say the alleged ab*se had been going on for roughly THREE YEARS.

According to authorities, the children were forced to hold wall-squat positions for extended periods, sometimes for most of the day. Nails were allegedly placed between their toes to mark whether they moved their feet.

Deputies also found barriers blocking doorways and described the children’s living conditions as “horrific” and “disgusting.”

Four of the children were allegedly being kept in a shed while the others lived inside a mobile home. Authorities reported inadequate bedding, food and water throughout the property.

Three dogs were also removed from the scene.
Coleman allegedly fled when deputies arrived and was later arrested during a traffic stop. Parr was taken into custody at the property.

Parr denied the allegations during a court appearance Wednesday.

“It’s not true,” he said, insisting he did not keep anyone in cages and adding, “I love my kids. I would die for my kids.”

All nine children are now in the custody of Child Protective Services.

Parr and Coleman are scheduled to return to court on Oct. 23. Bond was set at $150,000 each.

PURE EVIL: a New Mexico mother is accused of taking HER OWN CHILDREN to a man to S*XUALLY ABU$E THEM in exchange for HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.

Landy Victoria Carrejo, 37, of Chaparral, has been indicted on two first-degree felony counts of human trafficking involving children younger than 13.

According to an Otero County Sheriff’s Office affidavit, one child said the alleged ab*se began when she was around 4 or 5 years old, happened three to four times a month and continued until she was 8.

A second child described roughly 10 incidents that allegedly began when she was between 6 and 8 years old.

Investigators say an El Paso man, described in the affidavit as a restaurant and apartment complex owner, paid Carrejo about $400 to $500 per encounter.

Carrejo allegedly gave the children $50 to $100 afterward.

Most of the alleged ab*se reportedly took place at a location known as El Rancho near the Fox Plaza shopping center in El Paso.

A grand jury indicted Carrejo on Sept. 16. She was arrested by Otero County deputies and later RELEASED ON A PERSONAL RECOGNIZANCE BOND. WTF?!?

Carrejo, a Mexican national, is now being held in ICE custody at the El Paso Processing Center while removal proceedings move forward.

Authorities had reportedly been called to her home multiple times before the trafficking case over concerns about the children’s living conditions.

The El Paso man accused in the affidavit has not been charged. New Mexico authorities said details from the investigation were provided to El Paso police.

Heather Pancer Sexual Predator from Indiana Working in CPS School Gets 10 Years for Sexually Abusing Two Students

SubX.News® Crime Report Oct 16, 2026

Heather Pancer, a 48-year-old former Chicago Public Schools (CPS) security guard at the time of her arrest, was sentenced to 10 years in prison in October 2026 for s*xually assaulting two female high school students.

Pancer, 49 at sentencing, lived in Hammond, Indiana, and worked as a school security officer at George Washington High School on Chicago's Far South Side.

Prosecutors said the abuse occurred between 2018 and 2020.

Pancer was charged with two felony counts of criminal s*xual assault involving victims ages 13–17 while serving in a supervisory position.

According to prosecutors, Pancer targeted the first victim when the student was 15, inviting her to her home under the pretense of needing help caring for her autistic son and her husband, who was dying of colon cancer.

Prosecutors said the first assault occurred in October 2018 after the student visited Pancer's home, with the abuse continuing over the following months.

A second student, approximately 16 to 17 years old, was s*xually abused between 2019 and 2020.

Prosecutors said Pancer developed a relationship with the student after meeting her at school and repeatedly invited her to her home.

Investigators began examining the allegations after the first victim disclosed the abuse to her boyfriend in 2025. He encouraged her to report it to CPS, prompting investigations by the district's inspector general and Chicago police.

Detectives subsequently discovered a photograph of Pancer in bed with another student, leading investigators to identify the second victim.

Pancer turned herself in to Chicago police in October 2025.

According to an October 15, 2026, report by CWB Chicago, Pancer pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal s*xual assault involving victims between 13 and 17 years old by a person in a supervisory position.

Cook County Judge Michael Clancy sentenced her to five years in prison on each count, with the sentences to run consecutively for a total of 10 years.

Illinois law requires Pancer to serve 85% of her sentence. Her projected release date is April 2034.
