OUR NEW ENGINE ARRIVED ! meet the new Engine 5! This new truck will be the primary engine that responds to calls in the city and Engine 4 will be the new County Response engine. We want to send a HUUUGE shout out to the City of Monahans, Ward County and to the citizens of Monahans for making this new truck possible. We have some thing we need to do such as putting hose and tools on it and some training before you will see it out running calls.

We would like to thank the National Volunteer Fire Council and Anheuser Busch for the donation of Drinking water to our Department. For those that do not know Anheuser Busch during disasters will stop production of B**r and will can drinking water to give people affected clean drinking water. They have partnered with the NVFC to provide volunteer fire departments with the same drinking water to keep us hydrated.

Please be careful we are expecting more rain this week with heavy downpours at times.
