September often feels like a fresh start. School is back, work schedules are getting busier, activities are filling up the calendar, and suddenly everyone is asking the same question:

โ€œWhatโ€™s for dinner?โ€ ๐Ÿ˜…

This month, we're getting back to the healthy basicsโ€”simple strategies that can help make nutritious choices easier, more affordable, and more realistic for busy families.

Throughout September, we'll share tips for:
๐ŸŽ Building quick, balanced meals
๐Ÿ’ฐ Eating healthy on a budget
๐Ÿฅ• Adding more fruits and vegetables
๐Ÿšถ Finding simple ways to move more
๐ŸŒพ Making nutritious choices with foods you already enjoy

You don't have to completely change your routine to make healthy choices. Sometimes, small changes can make a big difference.

What healthy habit are you hoping to get back into this September?

ACSEC ๐ŸŒง๏ธRain Barrel Sale Pre-orders are now openโ€ผ๏ธ
https://www.rainwatersolutions.com/products/acsec-ivy

The Ashley Cooper Stormwater Education Consortium (ACSEC), in partnership with Rainwater Solutions, is offering high-quality 50-gallon rain barrels at a special discounted price to help residents conserve water and protect our local waterways.

As many areas across South Carolina continue to experience periods of drought and increasing water demands, capturing rainwater is a simple, effective way to conserve one of our most valuable natural resources.

Rain barrels help reduce reliance on municipal water for outdoor irrigation while also decreasing stormwater runoff that can carry pollutants into local creeks, rivers, and marshes. Every gallon collected makes a difference.

Pre-Order Deadline: September 2
Special Price: $83 (regularly $159)

Each rain barrel includes:
- 50-gallon rain barrel
- Installation kit
- Mesh screen on lid to help keep mosquitoes out

Reserve your rain barrel today by visiting:
