Duties and Responsibilities:
Carpentry Skills; framing, drywall, painting, flooring installation
Assist with installation of minor electrical things
Assist with Roof repairs
Landscaping/Lawn Maintenance

No formal education needed
Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Reliable transportation
Flexible schedule
Dependable

This employment opportunity will require some week-end hours. This position is needed to work with lead worker, helping with remodeling project and ongoing property maintained needs. This position can be opportunity for long or short term employment opportunity.
