🧘‍♀️ Yoga is one of our continuous classes on every Tuesday and Thursday. Yoga increases your mobility, balance, core strength and body awareness. Bring a yoga mat and be ready to get your Zen on. We welcome everyone to join our classes, not just Monee residents.
Tuesday and Thursday: $50
Tuesday or Thursday: $25

💪 Stay active, strong, and energized in this fun and supportive fitness class designed specifically for 50+ adults! This is not limited to only Monee Residents. Our Senior instructor Scott Kausal us a USCI and ACE certified personal instructor. Chairs and light equipment may be used to ensure exercises are safe, effective and comfortable for everyone.
Fee: $7 per class

🌞Next Week, Monee would you like to rise and shine with us? We are hosting special saturdays where we will do Tai Chi and Breakkie! Our Yoga Instructor, Marie Rzab will guide us through slow, gentle movements that focus on balance, coordination, proper posture, and mindful breathing in an outside class. All movements are done standing and require no equipment - just comfortable clothing and flat shoes or bare feet. After class, participants are invited to stay and enjoy a light breakfast and time to socialize under the pavilion. Registration closes Thursday before class.
