Receiving items smelling like cigarette smoke. Recently a few gifts that I have received from friends or stores the packages smell like cigarette smoke. I have noticed there is an employee that stands with the door open smoking. Is this the reason idk, but it sure it questionable?

Since November, none of the mail is in the PO Boxes until after 12pm. Originally all the signs said 8am then it was changed to 10am well now it may as well be changed to 12pm or later because we cannot get our mail before then. On saturdays our mail is not in our box until after they are already closed so if we are getting a package delivered on a Saturday we will not receive it until Monday because they will claim they do not have it even though tracking shows differently.

I ordered a package and I got the text from amazon saying it was at the post office. So husband runs up to the post office to pick up the package and is told there is nothing there. So he comes back home and tells me and I proceed to tell him yes it is there it has been checked in to the post office. So he goes back up there with the tracking and they once again proceed to say well it isn't here. So at 12:01 it was a saturday I go to the post office myself with him on my heels to get my damn package. I show up and the door to the office is locked since it is now closed. I proceed to knock and telling them quite loudly that I am not leaving it shows my package is here and that my husband has been there twice. They check tracking again and finally go look for it again after some very unpleasant words from me basically letting them know I would not be leaving until I get my package. Well 5 minutes later they return with my package. This is one of quite a few times this has happened. Where I have had to go to the post office repeatedly to get a package that they claim is not there but the tracking shows is there.

My mom received a card in her box Dec 2016 showing that she had a large package that wouldn't fit in the po box. So my mom went inside the po box and they proceeded to go in back and look around for it. They came back and said she had no packages and it must be an error. So my mom said ok. Well 3 weeks later my daughters are collecting my parents mail while they are out of town and sure as Hell there is another card in the box for my parents and they go to collect it and it is the package from 3 weeks ago. It was from Harry and Davids from my sister. It was a box of now just about rotten pears and a few other items. We went back and complained because according to the tracking on the box it shows it was checked into the post office 3 weeks ago. Of course the lady denies the whole first incident and claims my mom just never came to get her package.
