Midnight is taking a break away from bank building while the flea exterminator sprays the bottom half. Those pesky raccoons brought in a lot of fleas, and we’re having to exterminate for them!

So this is the appreciation we get for trying to “better” downtown Monett. We spend thousands of dollars on security cameras (that get destroyed) to catch the young unsupervised adults in our community from being on our roof. To not only control the lovely artwork they choose to deface our property with but to also keep them from falling off the building which would be far more serious of a situation. We are getting ready to proceed with the beautification of the Bank Building.. (yes been a long time coming but it takes $$$) and this is what we get from our City? Now we have to spend thousands more $$ to cover up graffiti that is on a ROOF in which they know we are getting ready to remodel? The city that just keeps giving .. or should I say taking? When my wife is furious too then I KNOW im not just being unreasonable in being mad at receiving this letter. They KNOW we have been trying to control the situation that our city should be supporting us with… INSTEAD we get punished?? We are going to be fined. NOT RIGHT. Thanks City of Monett. Look around … find someone else to pick on.
