Joseph Kazura Mwambazi made his first attempt to enter the race for the Ugandan Presidency. Organized with a strong and growing base of support,
Mr. Mwambazi reluctantly opted to conserve campaign resources by leaving the campaign and reenter early for the 2016 Presidential campaign. Mwambazi believes a democratic ascendency to the Presidency in 2016 will be achieved after President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has fully exhausted his resources, which were available during his campaign.
