We are pleased to announce our May Resident of the Month is Margaret H.! Margaret was raised in Osage, Iowa with her twin brother and sister until age four. The family packed up and moved around the pacific northwest (California, Oregon, and Washington) and Nebraska due to her father getting a new job.

Margaret and her husband, Robert, were united in marriage on April 19, 1959. When asked about the married life, she responded with, “good, excellent, wonderful”. Margaret and Robert spent all their time together. Some of their time was spent running a rental property in Waterloo, Iowa and owning several businesses throughout the years. Margaret is known for her kindness as well as being family focused. She holds the titles of mom to three children, grandma to four grandchildren, and great grandma to three great-grandchildren.

Margaret’s favorite thing about our community is that she can have her independence, but if help is needed, team members can assist. Margaret’s word of advice is to be happy! Thank you, Margaret, for being a cherished resident here in our community! 💛
