📚🎒 Welcome Back, Ringgold! 🎒📚

As a new school year begins, the members of the Carroll Township Volunteer Fire Department want to wish all of the students, teachers, staff, and families of the Ringgold School District a safe and successful school year!

Remember to slow down in school zones, watch for school buses and children, and give yourself a little extra time getting where you need to go.

To all the students—work hard, make good choices, and have a great year! We’ll be here looking out for you. 🚒❤️

Tonight, the members of the Carroll Township Fire Department gathered to recognize three members for their hard work and dedication in earning their Pro Board certifications. We shared a meal together, reflected on the accomplishments of these members, and enjoyed spending time together telling stories and strengthening the brotherhood that makes our department what it is.

Congratulations to:

• Cody Muntan – Common Passenger Vehicle Rescue Awareness, Operations, and Technician Pro Board Certifications

• Jim Gardner – Fire Fighter 2 Pro Board Certification

• Stephen Gaydos – Fire Fighter 1 Pro Board Certification

These certifications represent countless hours of training, studying, and hands-on experience. They are nationally recognized certifications that ensure our members meet professional standards and are prepared to safely and effectively serve our community when they are needed most.

Continuing to train and earn certifications like these not only strengthens our department but also provides the residents of Carroll Township with highly trained firefighters and rescue personnel they can depend on during emergencies.

Congratulations again to Cody, Jim, and Stephen on this well-earned achievement. Your dedication to the fire service and to our community does not go unnoticed.

Come out for food, beverages music and some of the best vehicles in the area.

While returning to the station from a fire call, our crew spotted these three young entrepreneurs outside the Residence at Hilltop with their lemonade stand. We couldn’t pass by without stopping to show our support!

It’s always great to see kids out enjoying the summer, working together, and learning the value of hard work. We were happy to grab a cold glass of lemonade and help support their stand.

Thank you, Gracie, Kaydens and Alena , for the refreshing treat and the smiles! We hope your lemonade stand was a huge success.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from the Carroll Township Fire Department! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate our nation’s independence with family, friends, cookouts, and fireworks, the Carroll Township Fire Department would like to wish everyone a happy, safe, and enjoyable Fourth of July!

If you’re celebrating with fireworks, please remember:
🎆 Leave large fireworks to the professionals whenever possible.
💧 Keep a bucket of water or a garden hose nearby.
👨‍👩‍👧 Maintain a safe distance from anyone lighting fireworks.
🚫 Never attempt to relight a firework that doesn’t go off.
🍻 If your celebration includes alcohol, please don’t drink and drive. Plan ahead and designate a sober driver.
🚒 In the event of an emergency, don’t hesitate to call 911.
