Take THAT, Jocelyn Benson. Did you really think we were just going to stop coming after you and your corruption? 😂 Not a chance.

Here’s the simple breakdown of what’s happening:

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has been accused in a lawsuit of using an email address outside her government account. That address reportedly appeared in records requested regarding Benson’s connections with the Southern Poverty Law Center — but the address was redacted, and according to the complaint, no exemption explaining that redaction was cited.

Former Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox requested these public records 113 days ago. According to the filing, the response? Roughly 30 pages of records and a $5,154.97 bill for the rest.

So Kevin Kijewski joined Mike Cox as co-counsel, and they have now filed an amended complaint in the Michigan Court of Claims, asking a judge to order the remaining records produced.

And THAT is how accountability is supposed to work 👏🏻
