I'm excited to announce and I'm looking forward to our board members fulfilling the public statement.

Three out of five board members for the town of Monroe have publicly announced they agree to a building moratorium!!

Now it's time to support them for coming out and publicly willingly to block the BLOC vote!!

Sinus petition to send a clear message that you support those that come out against the BLOC vote.

Demand a building moratorium until infrastructure stabilized

The assessed value on this particular building is only $5,000 because it has no legal use according to the ZBA for the Town of Monroe.

If it was changed to a legal use, this building would be valued at $175,000 to $200,000 for tax assessment purposes.

Richardson is so desperate for money, it would be irresponsible for her not to recognize these as year-round rentals.

Thus increasing the tax revenue from this particular building that already exists while protecting her climate control and environmental issues.

The building is located on the lower field of the 20 acres overlooking a 2-acre Lake.
