A special congratulations to Marc McMain on his hard fought victory!

We did it!

There are so many people to thank for our victory last night. First, I give thanks to Almighty God for guiding me through this process. To my wife Liliana, my sons, my parents, and my family, thank you for anchoring this journey with your endless love and support from the start.

I am deeply honored by the powerful coalition that stood with us, including Congressman Jody Hice, State Representatives Rey Martinez and Bruce Williamson, Frontline Policy, the NRA, Turning Point Action, and our local mayors and county commissioners. A special thank you to all three Republican sheriffs. I will always have the backs of law enforcement, just as they had mine.

Thank you to my team, volunteers, and supporters who were able to make this possible. This team poured their heart into this race, and they were dedicated not only to winning, but winning the right way. A special thank you to my campaign manager, JT. His hard work helped us get across the finish line.

Finally to the voters. Thank you for putting your trust in me. It will be my greatest honor to serve everyone who lives in this district.

I also want to acknowledge my opponent. While it was a fiercely competitive race, I respect the effort he put into his campaign.

As we turn our attention to the general election in November, I ask that you store your yard sign for the next few months. We look forward to putting them back out as the General Election approaches. Our team will also be removing larger campaign signs throughout the district over the coming days.

Again, thank you again for your support and confidence in our campaign. Together we demonstrated the strength of our movement, and I look forward to building on that momentum as we head into November.

Early voting for the June 16th runoff is officially underway. This runoff features several critical races that will determine who represents the Republican Party on the ballot this fall. Because voter turnout is typically lower in runoffs, every single vote carries immense weight—make sure to get out and cast your ballot.

The Walton Young Republicans had the opportunity to attend the Return to the Stumping Grounds event, hosted by the Oconee County GOP last night. It was a great opportunity to connect with members of our neighboring county and hear from the candidates participating in the upcoming runoff.

Please encourage your friends and neighbors to turn out and vote. Early voting runs from June 8th through June 12th, and the final day to cast your ballot in the runoff is June 16th.
