After 30 years of welcoming students, families and staff through the doors of Monroe Junior High and High School, we’re celebrating the retirement of Mrs. Pam Miller!
Over the years, Pam has been a part of countless memories in the halls of Monroe, but the moments closest to her heart have been watching her own children and grandchildren grow up in the district she’s proudly called home for three decades. She also shared how meaningful it has been to see Monroe teachers and administrators pour so much care, support and encouragement into the students who needed it most.
As retirement begins, Pam is looking forward to slowing down a bit, reading more books, caring for her mother, and spending time with her younger grandchildren out west.
Pam’s advice reflects the work ethic and heart she brought to Monroe each and every day: always give your best, work with purpose, and take pride in what you do.
Thank you, Mrs. Miller, for 30 years of dedication, kindness and steady support for the Monroe community. The care you showed to students, staff and families over the years has left a lasting impact on Hornet Country! 🐝
