Flags of Freedom is more than an event…it is an immersive community experience designed to bring history to life through:

⭐ Historical reenactments
⭐ Interactive patriotic characters
⭐ 250 American flags
⭐ Educational storytelling
⭐ Family-friendly activities
⭐ Music, food, and photo opportunities

Walk through scenes inspired by iconic moments and historical figures like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Betsy Ross, Rosie the Riveter, Paul Revere, and more.

Families can enjoy:

Northeast Louisiana Veterans Home, Monroe, Louisiana, had its annual Memorial Day Service on 21 May 2026. We Celebrated the lives of 49 Veterans. Special thanks to the following who made the program “Always Remember, Never Forget” memorable.
