For all of our seniors in Monroe, please reach out for your interest!

🚨 COMMUNITY INTEREST CHECK 🚨

The Monroe Police Department is considering implementing a new automated wellness check program for senior residents within the City of Monroe.

The proposed program would provide daily automated check-in calls to residents who:
• Live within the Monroe city limits
• Are 63 years of age or older
• Live alone

If the system is unable to make contact after a check-in call, Monroe Police Department personnel would be notified to conduct a welfare check.

At this time, we are simply gauging community interest to see how many residents may be interested in participating if the program moves forward.

Perishable recovery that came to our food bank- looks delicious doesn’t it? These beautiful salads, chicken, and pastries were a welcomed treat enjoyed by those we serve! Thank you to our local Chamber of Commerce for making a difference in our community!

Can you say Watermelons??? We have been abundantly blessed with some DELICIOUS watermelons (and bananas & pineapple ), and we would like to share with our neighbors! You may come to our warehouse at 204 E Myers Street(right beside our office) this week between 9 & 12! We limit each family to 1 to be sure everyone can receive one!
