ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin The ADRC-SWWI provides information & assistance to access benefits & services for adults & families. Serving the counties of Grant, Green, Iowa & Lafayette.

We’re here to help older people and people with disabilities – along with their families and caregivers – find services and resources to keep them living well and independently. We help:
*Adults age 60 and older;
*Adults with physical or developmental disabilities;
*Adults with mental health or substance abuse problems. Our information and assistance is free and completely confidential. Some servi

ces are available on a limited basis and are based on program eligibility. Call 800-514-0066 for more information!

As of January 1st the ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin will become 4 individual county ADRCs; ADRC of Grant County, ADRC of Iowa County, ADRC of Lafayette County and the ADRC of Green County. Nothing else is changing except the names; there will be the same staff in each office, same local phone numbers, same locations of local offices.....just new names!

If you are a resident of Green County or are interested in what is going on in Green County please follow our new page. After the first of the year we will no longer be posting on the ADRC of Southwest WI page. Please also help us spread the work and SHARE this page so others can find us!

The ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin will become the ADRC of Grant County, the ADRC of Green County, the ADRC of Iowa County and the ADRC of Lafayette County at the first of the year so this page will be discontinued at that time. Please follow these new pages to get updates on programs and services happening in your area.

Right now Green and Iowa have their FB pages up and going and soon to come will be Lafayette and Grant.
