Monroe Housing Team - GICH Monroe Monroe Housing Team The Monroe Housing Team is made up of local citizens, from the public, private and non-profit sectors.

We are responsible for creating and implementing a housing plan for the city of Monroe while participating in GICH (Georgia Initiative for Community Housing) over the next three years. Citizen involvement will be key in this process. Please reach out to someone on our team, or a city council member, with any questions or input regarding housing in Monroe.
