Last night's National Night Out was a tremendous success!

This event would not have been possible without the collaboration and support of our first responders, their families, the nonprofit organizations that participated, and, of course, this amazing community. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening such a memorable one.

A special thank you to our partners at the Green County WI Sheriff's Office for their continued support and collaboration, as well as the City of Monroe and its Park's staff for hosting and accommodating this event.

We're already looking forward to next year and are excited to start planning new ideas to make this community engagement event even better. Thank you for helping make our community stronger, safer, and more connected!

Today is the day and the weather forecast looks great. Dry and a break from the recent high heat. Bring the family to Twining Park TONIGHT for the Green County National Night Out event. Hang out with local first responders and snag up on some free food. Many non-profit vendors will be there to promote their organizations and they typically have some pretty cool stuff for the kids. So come on down to Twining Park (by the Splash Pad) from 5p-8p tonight for a fun time!

We are one day away from our Night Out event. We are excited to partner again with the Monroe Police Department to host this great event. Plan a night with the family and come on down to Twining Park. We will all be there from 5 PM to 8 PM tomorrow night!

There will be many local first responders and organizations from our community with things to see and share. There will be a live vehicle extraction demo put on by Monroe Rural Fire Department and Green County EMS, R.E.A.C.T Helicopter will be landing in the park and a K9 demo with Sheriff's Office K9 Ali.

We will also be grilling up some hotdogs and have chips, water and other snacks for everyone to enjoy at no charge. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night!

The following Parking and Street closures will begin at 3:00 PM.
There will be no traffic/no parking in the inner lane on the south side of the square and the inner and outer lane on the east side of the square.
