A wonderful start to our summer reading program with Bright Star Theatre. We didn't let the power outage dim the fun! Join us for our next program with the Bradford County Conservation District as we learn about soil health and worms on Tuesday, June 23rd at 10am. Don't forget to pick up and fill out a summer activity log to earn a free book, a Happy Meal coupon and an invitation to our secret event!

Our library is utilized as a polling place so we will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19th for elections.

Our library is in need of new board members. Anyone who loves and utilizes our facility is welcome to join the board. Our next meeting is Monday, May 18th at 5:30.

We enjoyed reading "The great cookie kerfuffle" yesterday with Beccas Breads. Becca told us about her bakery and answered questions. We sang songs and practiced naming colors as we fed Cookie Monster. For our craft, we "baked" playdough cookies. Then we ate delicious chocolate chip cookies, which were voted as the favorite cookie, baked by Becca. It was a fun way to end this session of Learning Time! Join us tomorrow for our last preschool Learning Time before our Summer Reading Program starts in June. We will be reading the 2026 Pa One Book selection, "The great cookie kerfuffle" with a special guest. Who doesn't love cookies?!

Join us for our weekly preschool Learning Time on Tuesdays at 10am. Tomorrow we will be learning about compost. Thank you to the Bradford/Sullivan County Farm Bureau who donated, "The soil in Jackie's garden" in honor of AG Literacy Week.

Happy Earth Day! We celebrated yesterday during Learning Time by sorting recycling, reading, singing, and making coffee filter Earths.
