REMINDER - USPS has made changes. Envelopes are NO LONGER postmarked on the date it was received. It is NOW postmarked on the date it is processed which may be several days later. If you plan to mail your payment, do NOT wait until January 31st! The Postal Service recommends mailing 4–5 days earlier to ensure your payment is processed before the February 1 deadline.
