Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Prospect House Community Provider Open House! It was an incredible opportunity to connect with community partners, share the impact of our program, and showcase how Prospect House empowers individuals on their recovery journeys.

Guests heard inspiring testimonials from consumers, learned about our psychiatric rehabilitation services, and toured our program where individuals have the opportunity to learn, grow, build independence, and thrive in their communities. Prospect House serves adults living with mental health challenges by providing structure, support, skill development, and meaningful opportunities for community integration and recovery.

A special highlight of the event was the presentation of two awards to our Chief Executive Officer Robert N. Davison, and Chief Operating Officer Nadine Venezia, in recognition of their leadership, vision, and unwavering dedication to strengthening and enhancing programs like Prospect House. Their commitment has helped create a place where hope, healing, and opportunity flourish, ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors has the support they need to move forward in recovery.

We are grateful to our members, staff, and community partners for making this event so meaningful. Together, we continue building communities where everyone has the opportunity to recover, connect, and thrive.

Over the last four months, our partners at EDGE NJ have visited our offices to provide mobile HIV testing, PrEP education, and other essential health services in an accessible, welcoming environment.

Since February, 89 individuals have been served through the mobile van, connecting community members to vital information, prevention resources, and support.

We are grateful for this partnership and remain committed to reducing barriers to care and ensuring that everyone has access to the health resources they need to thrive.

Thank you, EDGE NJ, for helping us meet people where they are and making a meaningful impact in our community.

We are proud to announce that the Mental Health Association has once again earned a Three-Year CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Accreditation!

This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered mental health and substance use services across our communities.

In its report, CARF recognized MHA for our strong leadership, extensive community partnerships, wraparound services, and a culture that is welcoming, inclusive, and deeply committed to improving the lives of those we serve. CARF also highlighted something that has always been at the heart of our mission: “We will figure it out, and we don’t turn anyone away.”

We are especially humbled that community stakeholders described MHA as essential to their day-to-day operations and praised our team's responsiveness and dedication to our mission.

This reaccreditation belongs to our incredible staff, the individuals and families we serve, our community partners, and everyone who believes in the power of hope, recovery, and accessible mental health care.

Thank you for trusting us to walk alongside you. We remain committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and ensuring that every person who comes through our doors is met with compassion, dignity, and support.

Here's to the next three years of making an impact, together.
