Join us for Sacred Shifts, a grounding space for reflection, connection, and healing in community. This event centers the emotional journeys of birthing people, honoring the often-unseen shifts of the postpartum experience.
We’ll gather in a community healing circle to share stories, hold space, and reclaim care. Together, we’ll explore how grief, joy, exhaustion, and transformation live side by side—and how collective support can carry us through.
🛍️ Participants will receive a Mental Health Resource Kit, including:
Information on local counseling and support groups
Mindfulness and wellness tools
Affirmations and culturally grounded resources for healing
