Our Community asked for a recall—now it’s time to sign it. 📝
A lot of us remember when the news first broke about Councilmember Ben Lopez’s court case, and our local community pages were flooded with posts saying "we need a recall" 📣 and sharing instructions on how to start one.
Well, the official recall is active right now, but a Facebook comment doesn't count as a legal vote.⚖️
We have a strict July deadline from the Registrar, and right now, we are short on the physical signatures needed to put this on the ballot.
If you were one of the many neighbors who wanted to see accountability, we need you to step outside of the comment section. It takes exactly 60 seconds to sign the official petition.
We are actively walking the streets, scan the QR code and we'll be sure to make a visit as soon as we can!
