Happy Birthday John Muir (April 21) and Happy Earth Day as well. It's time to once again plan some Marquette County fun using the John Muir Nature and History Route mobile app! There's the Germania history tour added last year and don't forget to check out the new history kiosks on the walking trail through the new Marquette Park in Montello. It's spring and time to think about getting out and about in Marquette County. The John Muir Nature and History Route mobile app makes this easy and fun. Start with one of the newest additions to the app, the Montello Historic Walking Tour. You can see and read about the history of many of the downtown buildings. You will find the brochure to print out as well or use your phone and use the app to see even more historic photos of Montello as you follow the tour and walk historic Montello.
