Volunteers of the Community Center are seeking donated items, baskets, gift cards, baked goodies, crafted creations, etc. for a silent auction that will take place at our open house on Wednesday, May 6th at 9:00am.

Proceeds will help with costs associated with a 250th USA celebration as well as facility and equipment improvements.

Thank you to the volunteers who've delivered donations so far!

Coffee and Conversations!

Join us during our regular 9:00 AM coffee on Wednesday, March 4 at the Montevideo Community Center as Kiona from Countryside Public Health joins us to talk about her work around Adult Mental Health and Stigma.
She’ll share what’s been happening across the county, what communities are saying, and ways we can continue strengthening adult mental health and wellbeing locally.
Thanks to grant support from the Minnesota Department of Health, coffee and a meal will be provided. We hope you’ll stop in and listen in on the conversation.

We’ve had a few members ask about the difference between potlucks and monthly birthday parties, so here’s a quick rundown 😊

🍽️ Potlucks: Everyone is welcome to bring a dish to share, or you may contribute $8 to help cover supplies.

🎂 Birthday Parties: Members with birthdays that month may bring sandwiches or cake if they’d like—but everyone is welcome, whether you bring something or not! You may contribute $2 to help cover supplies.
