Celebrating 249 Years of Field Artillery and the Legends that Guide Us

As Artillerymen and women, we stand apart—a unique breed bound by our traditions and legends. At the heart of our heritage is Saint Barbara, the patroness of those in danger from thunderstorms, fire, and explosions ⚡🌩️🔥💥. Her protection has been a vital part of our story, especially in the days when early cannon misfires and muzzle bursts posed constant threats.

We also honor the fighting spirit of Molly Pitcher and recognize our final resting place as Fiddlers Green. Our traditions make us who we are—rowdy, proud, and always the life of the party! 🎶🥳

As we begin the celebration of the Field Artillery’s 249th birthday, let’s continue to honor these timeless traditions that define us and make sure they’re never forgotten.
