Update : Upon arrival, Assistant Chief John Harris saw where the vehicle had run into the guide wires and snapped and wrapped around the vehicle blocking the doors making the occupant inside unable to open the doors. Chief Perkins arrived seconds after and they both were able to use the jaws of life extrication equipment to cut the door from the frame and making it possible to remove the occupants. There were 2 occupants in the vehicle that were checked out by Snowdoun First Responders and went by personal vehicle to the hospital to be checked out with minor injuries.
After talking to the driver, they were actually traveling northbound when they veered off the side of the road going down into the median hitting guide wires which then spun the vehicle facing southbound and keeping the vehicle from crossing over into oncoming traffic.
Thank God all are ok and Thank goodness for the guide wires !!!!
