We recently participated in Career Day at Marbury Middle School and the Autauga County Technology Center. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with Autauga County students and talk about technology and the exciting career paths available at ASA!

As our Elevate Project moves into the next phase, we are excited to introduce our Engineering and Installation Team. They will soon begin coming on-site to support our members and complete upcoming equipment installations.

Debra Wallace, CEO, recognized Andrew McClure as ASA’s 2025 Employee of the Year – Montgomery and Rick Bagwell as ASA’s 2025 Employee of the Year – Huntsville for their outstanding contributions to the organization.

Andrew, ASA’s Director of Technical Services, is a key member of the staff and the Elevate team. He consistently goes above and beyond, skillfully balancing multiple responsibilities while excelling in his leadership role.

Rick, ASA’s Chief Technology Officer, officially joined the staff in April 2024 but has supported the ASA program since 1996. A dedicated member of the staff and Elevate team, he manages a broad range of responsibilities and plays an instrumental role in advancing ASA’s mission.

Congratulations, Andrew and Rick, and thank you for your dedication and exceptional service to ASA!
