Calhoun County put together a great event yesterday, bringing together local legislative candidates (and our Secretary of State candidate!) to donate groceries to a local food bank and discuss how important it is to help Alabama families by repealing the grocery tax. Just a week and a half after receiving the endorsement of the Alabama Police Benevolent Association, Lt. Governor Folsom issued a statement today thanking the Alabama Fraternal Order of Police for endorsing him in his campaign for re-election.
