LRS Marshaye Lynn and Mrs. Herzing worked together seamlessly during their -tch lesson.😁 They planned for a quick cumulative review using the 3-Part Drill because they understand the importance of a spiral review to ensure mastery of previous taught skills. Then, they jumped into their new skill, making sure students had multiple application opportunities. It was all hands-on deck as we walked around supporting students. At the end of the lesson, they administered dictation as their formative assessment. It was evident that they had co-planned with the student needs in mind. I've already heard great things about their post-test.😃 This is why matters!💯
