Well we’ve been some busy little elves, but we also want to take a moment to recognize our wonderful school nurse for School Nurse Appreciation Day🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Thank you for every bandage, comforting word, reassuring smile, and moment of care you give so freely each day. You do so much more than treat scrapes and sniffles; you make our students, staff, and families feel safe, supported, and loved.

From keeping everyone healthy to keeping us laughing, you truly do it all. Your humor, energy, and caring spirit light up the halls of Wilson every single day. You’re a comedian, a true hoot, a glamour girl, and an absolute nursing rockstar all wrapped into one amazing person.

Your kindness, dedication, and beautiful personality never go unnoticed, and Wilson is better because of you. Happy School Nurse Appreciation Day to someone who makes a difference every single day and does it all with style, grace, and a smile. We love you Nurse Saundra Larkin Williams. 💚

Day 3 • Wonderful Wednesday ☀️

Today started with full hearts and full plates thanks to the incredible generosity of Mercy Baptist Church! Our teachers, staff, and administrators were treated to an amazing breakfast that brought so many smiles this morning.

Acts of kindness like this remind us how blessed we are to have a community that continuously shows love and support to our school family. A thoughtful meal may seem simple, but to busy educators and staff members, it is such a meaningful reminder that they are seen, valued, and appreciated.

Thank you for helping us make Teacher Appreciation Week feel extra special. Wonderful Wednesday was definitely a success! 💚💛

Teacher Appreciation Week - Day 2 💛

ShoChick-fil-A our community partners -fil-A and ’s Deli, for treating our teachers, staff and administrators delicious breakfast and a special appearance from the Cow 🐄 who had everyone smiling before the first bell even rang

It turns out chicken biscuits and a surprise guest are exactly what our staff needed to feel extra appreciated and maybe just a little spoiled today.

We truly love and appreciate our community partners for always pouring into Wilson and making moments like this so special. 💚

Teacher Appreciation Week is off to an amazing start thanks to the generosity of our wonderful community partner, Walmart (Chantilly)! Today, our teachers, staff, and administration were treated to a delicious lunch, and it was the perfect way to show appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and love they pour into our students every day.

We are incredibly thankful for businesses like Walmart that continue to support our school and invest in the people who help shape the future. Your thoughtfulness made our staff feel celebrated, encouraged, and cared for.

Friday was Principal Appreciation Day….so we couldn’t go without shouting out to the absolute BEST principal around! 💚💛

Hands down, no one does it like you. Your love, dedication, and passion for Wilson Elementary can be felt the moment you walk through the doors. You have poured your heart into this school, and because of you, our students, staff, and families feel supported, encouraged, and truly cared for.

You’re the dream of our team. The 6 to our 7. You complete us. ✨

Thank you for leading with compassion, strength, grace, and a genuine love for people. You celebrate our children, uplift our teachers, and create an environment where everyone feels important and valued. The energy, positivity, and pride that fills our school is because of the incredible leader you are.

The long hours, hard work, and sacrifices you make do not go unnoticed. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are so thankful for all you do behind the scenes and out front every single day.

Today we celebrate our true everyday heroes…our lunchroom staff!💚

Behind every meal served is a heart full of care, dedication, and love. You show up early, work tirelessly, and make sure every student is nourished, welcomed, and seen. What you do goes far beyond preparing food you help create comfort, routine, and smiles that carry throughout the day.

Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and the pride you put into everything you do. You may wear aprons instead of capes, but to us, you are heroes in every sense of the word.

Career Day at Wilson Elementary last week was such a special experience 💛💚
