Alabama Medicaid will be conducting planned system maintenance beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026, through Sunday, July 26, 2026, to update key IT systems and infrastructure.

Please note that the Eligibility system and Claims system will remain available during this maintenance.

During this maintenance window, several Medicaid applications and online services will be temporarily unavailable. Work is expected to be completed by Monday, July 27, although services may be restored sooner as individual applications become available.

Once the Alabama Medicaid website maintenance is complete, notices will be posted on the website to inform users of the anticipated completion time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as these important system upgrades are completed to enhance the reliability and performance of our technology services.
