Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the United States and worldwide. The good news is that many cases are preventable when we take a proactive approach to skin health.

Protect your skin when spending time in the sun, perform regular monthly skin checks, and consult a dermatologist at least once a year—or sooner if you notice anything new, changing, or unusual.

🏥 Hospital Week Highlight: Regional Medical Center of Central Alabama, Greenville Al

Hospital care doesn’t stop when the sun goes down, and neither do the dedicated teams who keep hospitals running around the clock. During Hospital Week, Regional Medical Center made sure its night shift staff felt celebrated, too, with food, bingo, and time together between caring for patients overnight.

Hospitals operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, thanks to healthcare professionals who show up at every hour with compassion and commitment. Thank you to the night shift teams across Alabama for the essential care you provide while the rest of the world sleeps. 💙
