One of our very own members and former Marshall County organizer is currently facing murder charges in a classic stand your ground case. Keith is now being represented by the same attorneys who successfully defended Daniel Penny in the New York subway case. They have initiated a national campaign to raise awareness about this case and what appears to be a significant injustice to my friend and his family. I stand in support of Keith and offer him my full backing. I am requesting that my friends who believe in the right to defend one's property and family and support stand your ground laws also support Keith.

I have been asked repeatedly what my thoughts are in regards to Robert Kennedy’s (RFK) endorsement of Trump.

I do believe this endorsement will end up putting Donald Trump over top. The timing of this announcement post the democratic convention was perfect. I do expect it to kill any post convention bounce.

This is where I have problems with it!

The thought of a Uni-party scares the living hell out of me. Even though I believe we already have had a single party for decades masquerading as two parties.

RFK nailed it when it comes to ballot access. The problems he faced with the cost of gathering the necessary petitions and the opposition from legal challenges by democrats and decisions by democratic judges are true.

The challenges he faced are worse for candidates and parties here in Alabama. With the opposition coming from your own Alabama Republican Party. I have seen first hand republicans party operatives file complaints to remove candidates who may have associated with another party at one time or another, I seen Republican County Commissioners try to use their power to stop petitioners from gathering signatures on public property, I seen petitions denied by Republican Probate Judges even when the signatures were gather at precincts from confirmed voters. I have seen county Republican park miss filing deadline and our sos refusing the intervene and still allowed their candidates on the ballot. I watched session after session with the Republican Legislatures killing ballot access reforms and then passing laws to make it even harder to obtain access. I even seen the former Republican chairman send a letter demanding their members to vote against ballot reform. We even see Republican operatives contact venues and promoters and have them sent out partiaptijgnin events including tea parties.So before anyone feels it was wrong for the democrat party to make RFK’s efforts difficult, your own state Republican Party is guilty of the same thing.

So I am thankful RFK brought ballot reform and the vaccination dangers to the national spotlight. I have told supporters for years ballot access laws would eventually lead to a single party and appears i may have been right.

Serious responses only! The state party has been inactive for sometime. The leadership of the Alabama Constituon Party (ACP) found it very hard keeping people motivated when we faced ballot access challenges and partipatijg in party events and fundraisers. Those on the state committee believe we took the party as far as we could with the little partipation we had. Unfortunately, we didn’t solve this he state problems and the need is still there for challenges to rogue officials of both parties.

This brings me to the my inquiry:

Who would be interested in reorganizing the state party?

So, while our leaders of the United States are very quick to form opinions on a Russian opposition leader Alexander Navalny death in a prison in Russia, I sit here and wonder why they remain quiet on the circumstances around Epstein's death in a maximum-security prison right here in the United States. Then we have American journalist Gonzalo Lira killed in Ukraine by Zelensky and we want to award him billions.
