This Father's Day, we recognize and celebrate the strength, dedication, and guidance of fathers across Alabama.

At ADRS, we are proud to support fathers as they work toward independence, provide for their families, and overcome challenges with resilience.

Today, we honor the fathers, father figures, and caregivers who lead with strength, patience, and heart. Your impact reaches far beyond what can be seen.

Happy Father's Day from all of us at ADRS!

Video Description: A white background with blue corners at the top left and bottom right displays the words "Happy Father's Day - Thank you for leading by example, always!" as they slowly appear. Some dark blue coil shapes and dots appear over the corners and a black mustache rolls across to land on top of the word "Happy".

What happens when you give someone the right environment to thrive? In this video, we dive into the Paid Work Experience (PWE) program—a time-limited job opportunity designed to help individuals try out new positions, build workplace skills, and boost their competitiveness in the job market.

Listen to ADRS staff, partners and clients explain how this program bridges the gap between employers and employees, breaks down workplace stigmas, and creates a genuine sense of belonging. The proof is in the results: so many PWE participants have turned these temporary opportunities into rewarding, full-time careers!

If you want to learn how PWE builds safe, supportive environments where both businesses and workers win, hit play! (Video Link in comments)
