🚨 We’re almost there, Alabama! 🚨

➡️ Take the survey: tinyurl.com/ADAP2027 ⬅️

We’ve heard from people with disabilities, family members, advocates, and community members across 62 Alabama counties as we plan ADAP’s priorities for the coming year.

We’re still hoping to hear from residents of just five counties:

📍 Coosa
📍 Fayette
📍 Monroe
📍 Sumter
📍 Washington

If you live in one of these counties, please take our short priorities survey and tell us about the disability-related needs in your community. Your input will help guide ADAP’s work.

Most workplace accommodations cost absolutely nothing.

There is a common belief that welcoming employees with disabilities requires expensive equipment or major structural changes. In reality, the most effective accommodations are incredibly simple and low-cost.

Sometimes, it is as straightforward as adjusting a desk height, modifying a schedule, or installing a free software tool. These minor adjustments allow talented individuals to fully integrate into your team and perform at their absolute best.

Creating an accessible workplace is easier than you think, and the return on investment is a loyal, highly productive employee.

At ADRS, we are committed to helping individuals achieve independence, employment, and full participation in their communities.
